The brick machine JZK50/50-3.5 is a double-stage brick making machine. It adopts wear-resistant metalization technology for the trowel and mixer shaft of upper stage. The main shaft of trowel and the body of machine are processed by aging, quenching and tempering. Gears of reducer have hard tooth surfaces and the clutch adopts screw press technology, which improves the service life of our brick machine. At the same time, with reasonable design, compact structure, this machine can operate stably without having to install anchor bolt and greatly reduce the power consumption in the operating process caused by shaving.
