Main Raw Material of Hollow Brick Machine

Wangda hollow brick machine is actually a brick extruder with hollow brick molds. In Wangda, you can find the hollow brick machine with different capacity(18,000-25,000 pcs/h or customized). Wangda provide the full set of hollow brick making equipments from the raw material handling to the finished hollow bricks loading.

The raw material of hollow brick can be:
1,Cement: conform to the national standard GB1344-95 Portland cement, slag Portland cement and fly ash acid cement etc
Cement label 325 # 425 # 525 #

2. gravel  size: 5 ~ 10 mm
 volume proportion: 1400 ~ 1800 kg/m3
 silt content: < 3%

3. fly ash: should be shut JC409-91 "silicate building products with fly ash" standard

4. light aggregate: including clay ceramic sand, and ceramic sand, coal ash, pumice, cinder, coal cinder, coal gangue, expansion slag bead rock, etc.;

5, cinder, steel slag: broken to 10 mm less than

6, ordinary sand, medium coarse sand fineness modulus: 2.7 ~ 3.1
volume proportion: 1400 ~ 1500 kg/m3
silt content: < 3%

7, fine sand, stone powder
silt content: < 5% (fine sand used for color fabrics)

8, tailings sand: optimizations aggregate use.

9, building garbage, concrete, brick tiling broken to 3 to 8 mm.
