4.The coal gangue brick with high quality
The coal gangue brick adopts high-intensity vacuum extruder method.on the process of raw materials, it use the process such as hammer breaking,coarse,high-speed fine breaking, screen and so on which increase the compactness of the brick (a new brick product can stand a 90-100kg weight people). After using the waste heat drying, it is roasting through the high temperature furnace(100-150c higher than the clay brick temperature) that can make the harmful substances in the brick disappear. Because the coal gangue brick can be used in kinds of bearing and unbearing parts with match bricks, so it is good for construction and promotion.
